Shipping policy
We ship through USPS. Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period. The Pretty Hustle Hair Company will process orders between 1-3 business days. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided us. On average, customers in the U.S. receive their orders within 3-7 business days from the time the order is placed. During huge sales it can take up to 10 business days depending on the volume of sales. We will keep you updated if your package is delayed due to high volume of orders, weather, etc. The Pretty Hustle Hair ships worldwide, to any location that USPS will allow, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Business days do not include weekends nor holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not begin processing until Monday.
